We recently hired Creative Contracting for a complete bathroom remodel as well as a closet and primary bedroom redesign. The experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their kindness and professionalism made the entire process stress-free. They were incredibly flexible, accommodating our schedule and modifications we requested without hesitation. What truly stood out was their attention to detail—every tile, fixture, and finish was executed with precision and care. On top of that, they were honest and transparent throughout the project, providing clear communication and fair pricing with no surprises. The design software they used gave us a real picture of how the end product would look, including a 360 view of the space with all the colors, patterns and fixtures represented. During the demolition and execution phases, we received daily updates on the progress of the project (including pictures!). They also proactively sought out our input on the details and checked in often to ensure our satisfaction. At the end of construction, everything was clean, tidy and move-in ready. Everyone we worked with was also incredibly personable and warm people, making it so easy and enjoyable to work together. We had Creative Contracting redo our kitchen and add a powder room. The entire process took just over seven weeks and we are delighted with the results. The project was relatively stress free, helped by the detailed schedule and progress reports that gave us a good sense of where we were on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis. Bob and his team have years of experience with projects like these, they have the talent to produce wonderful results, and they take pride in their work. Special shoutouts to Leila M. for the fantastic designs – she listened to our ideas, provided us with several options and helped refine the one we chose. And also Phil S., who ran the show on site, and not only expertly dealt dealt with the issues of working with an older house but was also able to clearly explain all the options available to us. We highly recommend anyone looking for the complete package go with Creative Contracting.

We used Creative Contracting to fully finish our basement and add living space in 2022. The scope of work included the following: - installing a full bathroom - adding a bedroom with an egress window - creating an office nook - creating a multi-purpose space and an exercise room Working with Creative on the design of the space was a pleasant experience. We were very impressed with the various design layouts they presented to us, which demonstrated unique and efficient use of the space. We are visual people so this was a very important part of the process and the drawings/renderings they provided gave us a really good sense of how the space would feel before the work started. Bob and Kim were very helpful when it came to material selections. Kim set aside time to walk us through their preferred supplier show room so we could select all the materials we needed for the bathroom. She also helped us make paint selections for the finished spaces. When it came to construction, I thought their carpenters were fantastic and friendly to work with, especially Jeff. Their subcontractors for electrical and plumbing were great as well and I thought their tile installer was incredibly skilled. Considering the scope of the project and the many trades involved, having consistent communication and well-defined schedules was very important. Rich was very helpful in establishing that schedule to keep the project running on time with minimal interruptions and promptly addressing any concerns we had. In the end, the project substantially increased the living space in our home and gave us the space we needed for a home office, guest space and a multi-purpose area for our children to play in. We are very happy with how it turned out.

Five stars for the entire Creative Contracting team! Our project involved converting our garage into a full bedroom and bathroom, along with adding a new garage. From our initial meeting with Bob to working with the design team and construction crew, everything was handled with professionalism and attention to detail. We truly appreciated their expert advice and proactive approach in finding solutions whenever challenges arose. Communication was excellent—the online portal was a great resource, but the daily updates were especially helpful in keeping us informed. The team really listened to our needs and worked hard to find the best options for us. The project was completed on time, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Many thanks to everyone at Creative Contracting for our latest pool room addition! We have been using Creative Contracting for years, so we knew the quality and professionalism we were getting when undertaking this project, but I'm not sure there are many contractors out there who could have pulled this project off - from conception, architecture, all the way down to the final details to make this room the new favorite room in the house. (Did I even mention the awesome sunset scene on the walls?) If you want your project done right and someone you can trust, don't look any further than Creative Contracting.
