At Creative Contracting, we have a design build process that ensures everyone involved understands what’s happening at all times.   1. Consultation: We begin with a phone call or have a sit-down meeting with you to discuss your project.
  2. Design: We will create a visual design for you to see before we make it come to life.
  3. Scheduling: We will plan when each part of the project will occur and coordinate around your schedule.
  4. Construction: We will begin transforming your house into your dream home.
  5. Completion: We will finish the project and have you complete a Customer Satisfaction Survey.
  6. Warranty: We will contact you six, 12, and 24 months after the completion of the project to ensure you are still satisfied.

All six steps are important and can ensure everything goes smoothly and as planned. One of the main benefits of the design build process we’ve created is that we are the sole point of contact you will be speaking with during your remodeling project. This makes it a lot easier for you to know who to contact about different aspects of your project.
