Bob’s first assignment as an Engineering officer was to remodel a WWII barracks into a guest house and that was the beginning of a lifelong passion. Establishing Creative Contracting in 1988, Bob quickly became a leader in Design/Build remodeling. As the primary sales person, Bob will meet with you to determine your remodeling needs, and as the business owner he will ensure that your project will be completed on schedule and on budget by experienced carpenters and trades people. When he is not coordinating with designers and builders, Bob is walking the dogs.

Kim believes that good communication is the key to any successful collaboration. She is passionate about understanding the personal vision of the client, whether it is a specific style, or purpose- driven remodel. She is happy to help guide you through the many choices which make every design unique. When not meeting directly with clients, Kim is managing the business’s marketing program, staging photography, working on newsletters, writing blog posts, updating the website and walking the dogs.

Olga, has been the office manager of Creative Contracting for over 20 years, so If you have a question, she will find the answer. If you call the office, she will be the most likely person to answer the phone, answer your questions and help schedule appointments. Her caring nature and good sense of humor are invaluable. She is also responsible for bookkeeping and the variety of many tasks which make working in a small business a team effort, including walking the dogs.

Rich Wright is the production manager. He is the key to communication between the design team, the field workers and the clients once a project is under construction. Scheduling and coordinating the many details of each job site, Rich is the master of our Jobtread software whcih ensures daily logs, tasks and schedules are up to date. When not busy managing multiple projects, he is busy with his 6 children and 2 grand children. He is a great multi-tasker!

Jennifer, Kim’s sister, joined Creative Contracting to help establish a more cohesive approach to the marketing program. Jen has extensive experience in public relations, event planning and small business and is happy to share her skills to establish a feeling of family and connection with our clients by sharing posts (please follow us!) and extending invitations to fun events at our showroom. She helps with many other office tasks, including greeting visitors at the reception desk, stopping to take some pictures at the job sites and walking the dogs.

Jeff is a lead carpenter who graduated from Thaddeus Stevens technical college and soon after began his career at Creative Contracting. He has been with us for more than eight years and has received the distinction of Certified Lead Carpenter through the NARI (National Association of the Remodeling Industry) Education Certification Program. Jeff is great at communicating between the field and the office and the clients. We are happy to have him represent the values of Creative Contracting, where it matters most, in our clients' homes.
