Kitchen remodels vary in cost. To estimate the cost of your kitchen remodel, start by considering the size of your kitchen. From there, you’ll need to consider the type of remodeling work you want to have done.
There are three levels of remodeling: Basic Remodel, Mid-Level Remodel, Complete Remodel.
Basic Remodel. Existing cabinetry, floor, and appliance layouts remain.
Cabinets, plumbing fixtures, countertops, and backsplash are upgraded or added.
Mid-Level Remodel. The layout of cabinets and appliances can be modified within the existing space. Existing flooring is refinished. Cabinets, plumbing fixtures, countertops, and backsplash are upgraded or added.
Complete Remodel. The layout of the kitchen is expanded and/or changed as needed. New flooring, customized cabinets, granite or quartz counters, and natural stone backsplash are installed.
Each type of remodel comes at a different price point depending on the size of your kitchen.
